The livingroom sofa converts to a single bed, for total sleeping capacity for three. Our secured building is conveniently located on Ashford Avenue, within walking distance to restaurants, casinos, stores, banks, coffee shops, bars, clubs and more. Building amenities include swimming pool, and coin-operated laundry room on premises. This condo is NOT wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately the elevator goes up to the 9th floor only and a flight of steps will take you to all PH suites (10th Floor).
